Job Description:
The primary role of this position is to provide customer proactive / reactive support. To be able communicate and be involved in customer’s needs and enquiries while maintaining the customer’s IT infrastructure. He or she must be able to work independently as well as be a team player during project implementation. He or she will be constantly traveling around in Singapore. As a service orientated position, there is a structure good service incentive payout schemes.
